No it doesn't. You clearly do not have any understanding of digital copyright law if you think that just because there is no physical loss, it isn't stealing. The product is owned by Adobe, and they alone are licensed to distribute copies of that product. They have a price on each copy, and if you don't pay it, you are stealing, simple as that.
