Search all the volcanoes in Saudi Arabia I found that none erupted from around 8,000 BC to 200 AD, this would eliminate volcano worship in that area during the writing of the Bible.

That's great, not only is that wrong but also not relevant as none would be required... You see, Volcano God worship more than likely predates Moses, and the people in that region would already know which were and weren't volcanoes "mountains of GOD".. And we only needed one Eruption in that region of the world. And it so happens to have been a Super Volcano that even the Chinese had records of. Egypt also had records of this eruption. Hell, there is even a good chance that the story of Exodus is backwards and the people, likely not 600,000 went the opposite direction to go see it. The point I'm getting at here is that it's not relevant to people worshiping volcanoes as there are plenty of active volcanoes in that region of the world to which would have been known.

These Saudi volcanoes have erupted numerous times in the last several thousands of years, The visual result of all these eruptions can be seen clearly in Google Maps. Historical and geological records suggest that there have been some 21 different volcanic eruptions on the Arabian Peninsular with the most recent being in 1937 in North Yemen.

And sometimes there is the difficultly of determining old eruptions deals with new eruptions covering up the evidence of the old ones. Especially in regions where they are not very well studied.
