Ever heard of AIS? Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. A person with XY chromosomes is insensitive to androgen and develops physically as a female, so we cannot use chromosomes as a way of defining male/female. Or are you saying that AIS women are really men?
Like I said, you cannot exclusively use chromosomes if someone has a severe genetic mutation.
