Because GOD said the end will come by fire from the middle east, and this fire will destroy the planet. The only fire (That I can think of) that will come from the middle east is a nuclear bomb. Israel wanted to attack Iran while they were rioting over the presidential election. But they didn't get a response from the U.S Intelligence. It's only a matter of time, the Countdown to Armageddon has begun.

But this is precisely my point.

If someone, who believes the way you do, ever find themselves in a position to bring this about or start a chain of events that could somehow start a nuclear exchange, they would do, thinking that they were bringing about prophecy.

This is why your way of thinking and your joy in the prospect of global annihilation is so dangerous.

It is in fact, already happening. There are Christians who support the state of Israel because they want to see conflict there and for the end times to come. That's more sinister than the suicide bombers. These people are actively supporting something for the sole purpose having nuclear war and seeing the world end.
