Now, I know this may seem pretty insane at first. The reason I never date creationists isn't because I can't tolerate those who hold different beliefs than I do--it's because they will, I repeat--WILL try to convert me. But lets say we're on some crazy ass peaceful world where the religious aren't ENTIRELY bat shit crazy--
Lets say you were to meet a member of the opposite sex. Things hit off nicely, and then you find out that they in fact, are a Christian Moderate. You tell them that you're an atheist. If this were truly the end of the conflict between their two beliefs, can they make a relationship work? (I'm completely playing devils advocate here, I'm pretty sure there are less Christian-Atheist marriages than interracial ones of any given combination.)
Just looking to move around some ideas and see what people think.
