Why would John give an exact year when the Euphrates would run dry? Jesus said, 'No one knows of that hour or day", but "Watch for these signs".

Nice and ambiguous..

How so? Claiming the Sun will be eclipsed by the moon is one thing, but to say a river will run dry is another. I don't think you understand the significance of the Euphrates River in the times of Revelations.

Because both are inevitable. As all rivers will one day run dry then claiming that it will is simply stating the obvious.

Every generation for the past 2000 years has said that. What makes this one any different? And they believed that they had just as much cause for their belief as you do.
