I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but there was a similar case a while back. It didn't involve Aids though.

Mother gave birth. Child was going to die in a couple of days. Instead of donating their organs to children they decided to let their child live since it was against the bible to kill their child to save others even though the child was going to die.
