There's absolutely no medical reason for her to withhold treatment, and that's the only thing that's admissible in a malpractice suit. I hope the patient finds an attorney who has a lot of zeros in his computer, because the amount I'd sue for in his case would be a few times the value of the entire planet. And I'm not a litigious person.
