I think you're insane. What you're basically implying is that it's all right for people to chop bits off of other people as long as it's part of some cultural or religious tradition. It has nothing to do with Germans and Jews; it has everything to do with the rights of people to not have their bits chopped off by nutjobs with Bronze Age ideologies.
