Is this not the will of God? (that people who lacks widsom ask and it be given to them?)
Maybe you were around when I explained it but the lord's prayer is not a prayer itself but a model for prayer. The "your will be done" part in the prayer encompasses any promises made by God like this one. Meaning in the model of Prayer Christ leaves, you can ask for any of the promises offered by God as that is apart of His will.
