In no particular order....
1) Water
2) Tea - Earl Grey (straight or with milk and sugar) for daytime, chamomile or lavender herb tea at night.
3) Good coffee or espresso
4) Diet Dr. Pepper
5) Beer - my own homebrew, also partial to malty beers from the UK or Germany, as well as domestic micros
6) Mead - homebrew or from craft meaderies
7) Wine - whatever goes with what's being served
8) Bourbon whiskey - neat, on ice, or in a Manhattan
9) Scotch whisky - always neat, never met a single malt I didn't like. Good scotch is a rare treat to be savored.
