Not ignoring the explanations offered. I'm not buying them. I don't accept them when the expalinations are just as non sensical as the problem.

Teacher: Yes. And you also have three.
Johnny: Wha?
Teacher: Three equals one and one is equal to three. So if you have three you also have one and if you have one you also have three.
Johnny: Now that's just nonsense teacher. How do you figure that?!
Teacher: Because christianity has affirmed this for a long long time. Therefore it is true.
Johnny: I don't care if my momma has "affirmed" this. It's bullocks. One is one and three is three. They are not interchangeable.
Teacher: You're just ignoring the explaination.
