that depends. Some jobs are simply more easy to get if your a man. men are more likely to hire men, there is still a amount of instetutionalised sexism within the employment process.
and my generation has not jet fully entered the workforce and is currently about to start and leave uni.
i am actualy myself not sure what to be expecting, it will be the first time in our nations history that women will be more qualified and smarter than men, one will have to wait and see what the results will be like.
