What if the anthill god wanted to do nothing but sit and watch ant behaviour? What if anthill god exercised self-restraint and resisted the temptation to intervene all the time?
The Christian God, as you should know since you purport to worship him, supposedly took out many acts of aggression on his "anthill" early on. And even now, he still intervenes to create miracles, or to punish the unjust (like with earthquakes and hurricanes and stuff). Right? So stop using a deist argument to argue for your interfering Christian god. It fails
Few atheists will argue much against a deistic god, because by its nature, being non-interfering (not even a god of the gaps, except to start the ball rolling I think), there wouldn't necessarily be evidence it existed. This is the exact opposite for extremely interfering bible god of the all 3 Judeo Christian religions.
