Anyone ever play the PC game Evil Genius? As a parody of the generic Bond villain, you have to construct and mainatin your evil hidden lair, then launch out into the world to obtain resources to develop your dastardly bid for world domination. The reason I bring it up is that one of your abilities, no matter which of the characters you choose to play, is that of unswerving loyalty. Whatever you minions are instructed to do, whether it be to kill an intruder, shoot the man working next to them or ignore enemy agents infiltrating your base gathering intelligence or stealing technology, they will obey without question; after all, they can have no possible idea that you may have some higher purpose for wanting a certain person dead or another kept alive. Doesn't this sound like another fictional villain we've heard tell about?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
