Meh Arou, I'll stick to the fresh fruit personally. Dried fruit -usually- has a metric shit-ton of added sugar (and a laundry list of other ingredients to help it store better)...btw...probably has something to do with consumers tastes on that count. Take a look at some craisins..lol (tart fruits are the worst offenders). Not that you can't find a good (if "no added sugar" is the qualifier) bag of dried fruit, but you'll probably pay more for it, and it's outnumbered on the aisle - even the health food aisle. But, like you said, so long as you eat less dried fruit than you would fresh fruit than the sugar doesn't really become a problem (I find that extremely difficult btw, I eat with my eyes). On the other hand, one could always eat a bite sized snickers and leave it at that as well...hehehe.
