The defendant is of no value to humanity and will not concede that his world view will ever be expanded from the narrow band it currently holds. The defendant has also conceded that he would rather perpetuate hatred, greed and religious supremacy instead of world peace in support of his narrow world view, and one can only assume that the persecution of women and children will be supported by this poor excuse of a hominid named Daniel.
I give you the jury to decide this individual creature's fate.
