It is interesting to see that all what we call abrahamic religions subdue
history and even have no problem to contort history to their believes.
Christians put the blame of the death of Jesus on the Jews who consider Christianity as something close to paganism and the Moslems are sure that the Jews stole from them the Bible and consider all Christians as Crusaders
Now about the double lineage of Christ it had to begin from king David because some prophets predicted that the Messaiah will be an offspring of his dynasty.It was perhaps politically corect to say that at their time-the amount of bribe they got for this saying from the Authorities we'll never know.
Taking into consideration that king David lived about 900 years before
and that there will pass other 2000 years before the appearance of Google it is easy to see why we got only double lineage and not even more lineages of Christ.
By the way the authors of the Gospel knew very well from the first book Genesis of the Bible that the narrative of the six days of creation are also doubled in many points.
So if God himself who wrote the Bible by the hand of his servant Moses
permitted him self to tell the creation in a double version why would it be not permitted to do so to the first Appostles?
