First of all, this is specifically about Christianity. I'm not targeting theism or deism in general. The arguments I've seen connecting the existence of God to the existence of of the Christian God are more convoluted than the game board to Chutes and Ladders.
What do you mean by "feel"? I'm guessing you mean as in desire. What makes you think this "feeling" implies anything about the existence of the Christian God and the Christian reality?
