Same doom and gloom was projected when Clinton raised taxes on the rich in 93. (sarcasm) That was a terrible decade for business.
Well, it was not terrible, but it did not go far enough. They had the dot com bubble, and wages during that time still stagnated and the pay gap between the top and bottom still went up. Manufacturing still was flying out the window and unions were still on the decline.
