Which makes Allah an inept agent as a character , cant make it obvious to avoid the "misinterpretation".

I do take the whole.
The plot of the bible and the OT and the Koran, ALL have heads of state(a god) who demands you follow him and obey him and really doesn't care hook or crook how you gain club members.
Now, would you like to know the natural psychological reason these books were written like this?
Because in real life back then all life was tribal, and in reality the life span of the average person was way shorter than it is now. And life was much tougher and if you did not fight for your tribe you could risk the safety of that tribe.
They also lived under kingships and even polytheists attribute their lives and fortunes to something divine. So religion reflected the culture of that time.
That is why all three have deities as characters written like that. They are political books meant to create conformity and unity. Unfortunately they are horribly written and do the exact opposite of what you say they do.
What do you mean by this "really doesn't care hook or crook how you gain club members. "
