Which I think is the most dumbest thing on the planet.
Letting a group of random strangers decide if someone is guilty or not.
Here the jury consists of 1-3 judges.
The question of guilty or not guilty is also determined throughout the trial, but in the end, prosecution and defence do not propose a "guilty" or "not guilty" in their concluding speech, but the sentence they see as fiting.
