Why do so many of you quote the bible and do nothing what says in it

Where I live, there are two organizations that care for the poor more than anyone else: the salvation army and the rescue mission. The Christian church does a ton to help the poor.

Of course, good persons can be found in churches too. But..

Why do you feel that you are allowed to lie? When you say that the Christian church does not help the poor, you realize that you are lying, don't you? You are lying through your teeth. Do you care if you are a liar, or are you cynical enough to say things even if you don't know if they are true?

Not a lie. For instance, 'Murica, the great nation God chose, love their money, even though it's black on white in the Bible that being rich excludes you from heaven.
