Why do christians ever convert to islam?

Health care - should it be free (payed by taxes but free to the public) or should people have to pay for services.

Health care insurance is forbidden in Islam!
People should pay for the service
If they cannot the government should support them from Zakat
(All Muslim are ordered to pay 2.5% of their wealth every year for charity)
if the government is rich enough they can pay for part or the full service (but it is not mandatory)

Drugs - what should be the punishment for selling drugs?

It is normally 40 Lashes
Put if it is on a very large scale, punishments can go up to execution

Copyright - nothing about it in Islam but society needs it to function. What should the punishment be for infringing on copy rights?

it is left for the judge depending on the harm done

Traffic rules - what should be the punishment for breaking traffic rules? What traffic rules should exist?

Left for the ruling system to put rules

Islam set up some general rules (like protect humans, properties, honor, etc.)
then put some exceptions or specific rules for certain issues

If a new issue is not in the specific rules it must fell below the general rules
That is why Islam covers everything
