Absolutely - you can own it and store it without bullets, or own it and use it as military personnel for its intended use, or you can be a massive fuckhole and shoot people up with it. The gun does not turn you into an unsanctioned murderer. I'm for stricter gun laws and better mental health screenings - not banning guns.

My mother gave me personal responsibility and responsibility over others at a young age. I guess I turned out okay. I even give to charity and participate in street cleans. Imagine that.
