I think you are a cool dude, as much as I disagree with your ideological approach to atheist demographics and your failure to discern the inherent contradiction between nihilism/moral relativism and family values.
Yes, I absolute want to call into question the concept of an "atheist family". How can an atheist be a good father? How can they teach their children the right way to live if they are responsible for making up the right way to live? This is perverted and evil.
Fathers are supposed to teach their kids how to live.
Yes it is true that in the Old Testament rebellious children are stoned, but I think they are probably more talking about rebellious teenagers. They were more severe in some ways than we are, in other ways less severe. They didn't have nuclear weapons in the Old Testament, and people had much more clearly defined social responsibilities to each other. Also, they were more strict about things like money lending and the system of redistribution of wealth and social development was much more advanced than it is today.
