Biblical Inerrancy - mandatory to be Christian?
RE: Biblical Inerrancy - mandatory to be Christian?
"So you agree that one doesn't have to believe Jesus as savior then?"

That isn't what I said at all. Jesus is God. God is good. The child in the womb can still desire the good. The child desires God in the womb. The child desires Jesus in the womb. Indirect, but still there.

"So - what YOU are saying is that when your "children" don't behave as you wish is is OKAY to DROWN them - and that is GOOD?"

Oh ya, totally what I was getting at. Glad you caught it.

"OR - then someone does not do what YOU want them to do - it is OKAY to murder the first born of their people? = And that is GOOD."

Absolutely. You should be a theologian.

"THe problem with Monotheisms - and even Polytheisms where ONE god is the creator - is that the creator it the ONLY power to create - and must have created everything - GOOD and EVIL. ANd since your god must have done that - since no other being in your belief has the power of creation - AND that god saw that ALL it created was GOOD - then EVIL is good as far as your god is concerned."

Evil is not the opposite of Good. Evil is the lack of Good. There is only Good and the lack of Good.
The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
