It's not the greatest legal system in the world, it certainly has its flaws. And I don't like it when a bad guy gets away, but that's the way it is. But you are unable to just accept that concept. For you, the bad guys HAVE to be punished! There must be some judgment for them!

Well, you know what, there isn't. At least not like you think there is. Just accept it. It might sound a bit down, but it's the way things are.

Thinking that life is fair and everyone gets what they deserve is the mindset of a child.
