Actually, I can and do generalize. And yes, there are bigots everywhere you go, but it is down right pervasive in some areas.
I will judge a person based on their own merits, I will judge a people by the laws they pass and the way they treat those who are different from them.
So yes, I do consider myself better than some people, and by better I mean enlightened. (You sit in front of the greatest tool ever invented for enlightening yourself, if you choose not to use it for that purpose, your gonna have a bad time)

If I learned anything from reading Hitchens and Jacoby, I have learned that regardless of how you were raised, or the environment in which you come from, you are responsible for your own views. No excuse for bigotry in the 21st century.
