"Decimated" might be an accurate term for the damage done to Al Qaeda over the past decade. We may well have knocked off 10% of their leadership figures. But like the mafia, there are probably plenty mid-level guys who would love a chance at sending impressionable young lunatics to kill and maim innocents. All in the name of a peaceful religion, of course.
