But I am driven by a causal mind. So the first though I have is the philisophical and eternal WHY.

Why are there more molestation crimes? Is there some positive function to them? Does mental illess have a integral part that is about bad ideas, and bad ideas can spread like memes. Does our modern world lead to more mental illness? Why? Why do women get married on-line, what kind of poverty and hopelessness and lack of self worth gets them in that position?

My brain constantly does that, I want to know what caused this effect.

I don't know if it is just human weakness, I get the impression that someone somewhere is trying to fool us into beung dysfunctional. But that's just me.

I think knowing the percentage of child molesters would be useful. Perhaps the actual percent isn't going up, just the number of people committing these crimes because the total population is increasing.
