If everyone here is going to blame 100% of Texans for Rick Perry being governor then I guess it's also fair to blame 100% of Americans for George W Bush being the president for two consecutive terms.

If the majority of individuals of any area have certain qualites then 100% of people there have that quality? That's the "rational" thought process going on here about Texas?
So since the majority of Americans are religious and don't believe in evolution I guess that means that every American on this forum is also religious and doesn't believe in evolution.
You could start a thread on the faults of Moros's state of California, and by extension, Californians. They did give us Ronald Reagan and Freddy Got Fingered, after all.
