When you do this, look for the Andromeda Galaxy.
It's about 2 million light years away.
This means the light you see in the sky took 2 million years to reach you.
This means that the Andromeda Galaxy is at least 2 million years old.
The universe is stranger than we can imagine.
By our research now, it seems that time and space and matter are inter-related in one fabric. Did you know that time moves more quickly as you get away from gravity sources? And it slows down as you move toward them? That's why satellites have to compensate for this difference.
But yes, time, space and matter as we know it came to exist some 13.5 billion years ago.
Do you believe light is exempt from the effects of gravity, not if you believe the reasoning about black holes. Or is it you believe light can only be effected by gravity by being slowed down by it.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
