After all, insects, certain spiders and some types of fish breathe through holes in their skins or exoskeletons. Or what about photosynthesis, as in most plants and algae? Converting sunlight into chemical energy would remove the dangerous chewing and swallowing part from the equation altogether. Why should humans end up being fobbed off with a "design" that is potentially lethal to us?
Apparently the one he chose was the one that pleased the creator. Just as an artist paints a picture to please himself, not others. You breath through a hole in your skin and skeleton, some insect larva breath through there butt end, you what to be a butt sniffer. If you desire to be a plant then bury your feet in the ground and stand there, you do know without the root system plants would not be able to survive no matter how much sun they get.

Breaking ones's arm would make it difficult to put a cast on, and believe me snotty sleeves would be nasty, unless your a kid forever. I know there are other disadvantages, but it's late and I can't think of any at the moment.
Stimbo Wrote:Don't bother, because you haven't thought of one yet. Do you seriously, genuinely believe that humans would design clothing to fit the human body shape as it currently stands, in the event that human bodies were "designed" to a completelu different body plan? We would certainly have accomodated our breathing aperture, wherever it might be located, into the design of our clothing and other areas of oir lives. After all, how many items of clothing do you own that don't take your mouth and nose into consideration?
I have hats and ear muffs, shoes and socks, pants and shirts none have needed to consider my nose or mouth. Seems our intakes for air and food are in the right place.

Earlier on in this thread...
Quote:None of those existed in the creation before the fall, God said of the creation, "it is good," He would not have said that if anything was wrong. Again you are unable to give me a better design, you brought up the argument, man up little boy and defend it with facts, I've defended my side with facts.
Good job.
Cornered and I'll bring it up.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
