How much money a year do you need to live?

For that money, you can rent quite a luxurious apartment in a block that has its own swimming pool and underground parking place, and is protected and monitored by private security.
I mean, here.

Yeah, that is the thing that is the worst about living in the UK. The house is nice, but not what you will expect for that amount.

On the plus side my journy to work is 10-30 minutes so I can't complain.

I guess it's a 3+1 apartment. Three rooms and one living room, plus kitchen and perhaps one or two bathrooms?
