Loads and loads of countries conducted military interventions in foreign countrie in the past 60 years.
China interveined militarily in each of it`s neighbouring countries between 1950 and 1980. Cuba in Angola, South Africa in Angola and on and on and on
Only those countries that dont have the capacities or were seriously bitchslapped in their past did not conduct any such thing.
