A situation which did not happen until 135 when Hadrian leveled the ruins in order to build the new Roman city of Aelia Capitolina right on top of it. The shitwits hate to hear that, too.
In comparing all the gospel accounts, it appears that, "this generation shall not pass away until all these things take place" may have added meanings. What are "these things" that Jesus is referring to? In one account it seems to reference that the disciples Jesus was talking to would see the destruction of the temple, a situation that did happen in 70 AD, but did not reach fulfillment until AD 135 when every stone was thrown down. In another account Jesus was referring to "these things" as the sign of his coming, when "this generation" saw the fulfillment of those signs "in the sun, moon, and stars; and there will be anguish on the earth among nations bewildered by the roaring sea and waves" and "Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory".
I recognize that this may just be an example to you of a "shitwit" (great term, BTW) talking out of both sides of his mouth, but this type of "telescopic fulfillment" has a lot of precedent in ancient literature. Like looking into the heavens and seeing stars, but you can't tell how much of a distance lies between two stars that you see. In the same way, looking into the future you speak of different events but there may be intervals of time between them. "I hope that I'll be married some day and have a kid before I die." This references 4 timeframes, now, future marriage, future kid, future death. What gaps of time there are between those events are different for each one of us. I am married with a kid and I hope the interval until my death is a long, long time--you might hope I die pretty soon, which is your right, even though it doesn't seem very nice.

I fully realize that this explanation may just be fuel to your fire, in which case, you're welcome, mock on.
