Yes, that's my other contention, that the word "miracle" has been watered down to be essentially meaningless. Someone survives a car accident? "It was a miracle!" No, it was due to exceptional engineering going into the vehicle itself, what with safety features like seat belts, air bags, and crumple zones. Not to mention that statistically the vast majority of automobile accidents are non-fatal anyway.
