Well, I sometimes use Elohim or El Shaddai, but I believe the other name you mentioned was a name that was not to be spoken...since it is four letters in the Hebrew, I believe in Koine Greek, that name is referred to as Tetragrammaton.
The real reason is the Christians you probably know are English speakers.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
