Imagine it, though: somewhere there would be a universe in which Sword of Christ is a competent debater who understands the boundaries of his own understanding.

I'm working under the theory that he believes he's some kind of belief-wizard, capable of incanting beliefs into someone's head just by repeating it often enough.
Also, in my theory he runs around in a special cape with a coiled up turd on it.
