According to common doctrine, they hold to the principle in the faith known as the preservation of the saints they are also known as the elect. The names and definitions vary semantically in minor ways however the basic premise remains. So to sum up the belief, they believe that a "true Christian" will always be in tune with the holy spirit and his soul/heart is 100% dedicated and loyal to Christ. So when a Christian "deconverts" they often refer to them as being luke warm the whole time, or not believing with all their soul. It is a method to basically limit the amount of deconverts who were strong Christians, like myself. I was a strong christian and good apologetic and gained a lot of respect from the atheistic community, when I deconverted I was told I never was dedicated which was offensive to a person like myself.. If the christians here read this I am sure they will respond in that predicable manner.
Such a beautiful, basic question. What a strange convoluted, off the mark self serving answer! I as a Christian am in complete disagreement with that answer. Sounds like an atheitard gave it.

Christians or atheists? Hahahahaha. Actually atheists are flatulent nerds who hate god so much they just have to argue. Of course when some other secularist does the same, they pucker up and have sex. Yey, no rules!!
