If this were the case why are bible having to be smuggled into the country and not mandated reading?

So the North Koreans wouldn't need to go through the hassle of replacing one tyrant who won't feed them, but would force them to read self-serving tracts, with another?

So they can stay with the one tyrant who at least exists, and whose power over them is self-admitted to end at the boundary of the real world, and not have to go deeper into the hell of prostrating themselves to another that doesn't even exist, but is nonetheless to be taken to be able to go on terrorizing and infantilizing them for all eternity?
