It really is all about the money.

I have recently noticed a trend with fictional characters in television shows where the pastors state something to the effect of Make sure you open your hearts and your wallets.

How do people who get duped into believing the fairy tales not make the connection with a statement like that? Clearly, the money is what the church wants more than anything else.
