Uh, I don't think so. Do you even know where the pituitary gland is located? You'd need a dick a meter long to reach anyone's pituitary gland whether through vaginal or anal sex. You might be able to reach the renal glands that way but forget about the pituitary, unless you meant by way of oral sex. Even then you'd need to be really stiff to get it through their thick skull. What happen when physical science discover a medication for a certain disease?
That disease will stop manifesting in a certain way so science can say that that disease has been eradicated but unfortunately the cause that provoke that disease is still there so will have to find a different way to manifest itself or creating a new disease or affecting the body or mind in different way.
In other word is the cause that will have to be eliminated not the effect coming from the cause.
Is physical science eliminate the cause?
Certainly not that is why can only give temporary solution not permanent one and when you haven't got permanent solution you also can not talk about progress.

You see i am dealing with professional poker players.

A professional poker player usually keep his cards hidden so when the table is full of money they will scoop everything.
I know that these guys know all these things i just asked you but they wait and wait to saying it until the table is really full.
