In your shoes I think I would just go with the flow for now, in fact take it as an opportunity.
I doubt you are going to be reconverted and being exposed to it will surely give you a far deeper basis for your atheism.
In all the church activities and retreats you have to take part in, do you ever suspect other kids of disbelief as well? It could be interesting to befriend, support and be supported by someone dealing with similar issues as yourself.
