Also, you don't know someone is a rapist beforehand. It's not like seeing a lion. I also think that is lazy, 'let's do nothing about rape'.
Actually, yes, sometimes you CAN know they're a rapist before hand. If someone has a reputation for sexually violating others or talking about them in a sexually disrespectful way, you might pay attention to that reputation.
