Hello,
Has it ever happened to you that you post something on youtube and it immediately gets deleted?
The video was about an interview with 2 mormon elders (18 y olds).
I don't think the interviewer is a mormon.
Someone posted about Numbers 31:17.
That is meaningless to me. I am not going to open up my PDF Bible and search or search the weeb.
Just do us all a favor and post the text.
So I replied, =====> the text says.
Numbers 31:17
Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves. And do ye abide without the camp seven days: whosoever hath killed any person, and whosoever hath touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day. And purify all your raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats hair, and all things made of wood.
I noticed that the text quickly disappeared so I posted 2 more times and finally, I wrote "test" and
"Test. Wow, I posted multiple times those lines from the bible and not even youtube likes it. It keeps deleting it and I posted 3 times."
and that one posted.

Perhaps this is something you should take up with the fine folks over at YouTube.

It's beyond human capacity to edit every YouTube comment in a thoughtful way, just due to sheer volume.
I wonder if there is a computer program that deletes sentences which advocate killing, without understanding context. Or an overworked staffer who deletes things like that without having the time or interest to determine when it's a relevant quote.
On another forum there was a rule against certain types of insult. I had some posts deleted in which I had called MYSELF an idiot. Censorship bots are bad on understanding context, I think.

Cuz I can spend all day coming up with new ones - and it'd be a shame to waste all that effort if the drooling dickweeds are going to censor such creativity...

IDK, probably. It's the content creators channel and the company's platform...plus, bots do exist.
Fun verse. The veil between ritual and practical purification rituals has always been pretty thin. That's probably one of the things that helps religions to succeed. Whether it's a policy of washing your hands or a policy of scorched earth invasion. In the context of late bronze to early iron age conflict, it's as good advice as any. Kill the resistors and rape the insurgency out of existence before it's even born.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Obviously plenty of people have read it and read it some more and find that acceptable.
I have heard a bunch of times christians saying they have read the entire bible multiple times.
How is that possible? How can they claim to be human? Don't they have any feelings?
They certainly aren't pro-life if they are ok with that.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

They certainly aren't pro-life if they are ok with that. People read lots of things. They agree... more or less (or not at all)... with the things they read - but nothing about reading something makes them any more or less human. Human beings hold a mix of passable and atrocious ideas. The worst and the best things that humans have ever read and believed are both equally human. They may be different in other very important ways, but they aren't different in that.

Bad parts of the Bible did influence Christians to look at people of other faiths as lesser humans and therefore we have constant wars and persecutions of people who were non Christians throughout the Christian history. Just as William Lane Craig says about that passage of the Bible where babies were murdered because their parents had "wrong" religion: "It's better for babies to be killed than to live in wrong religion."
