In addition to the things already mentioned, a greater respect for rational discourse (versus stupid appeals to authority, etc.), an opportunity for students to learn what scientists -- especially biologists -- actually think as opposed to the twisted and dishonest strawmen religionists erect to mislead and gull the simple-minded, and a greater number of people worldwide making the most of the one life they know they have instead of indulging in childish wish-fulfillment, dreaming of some paradise in the great beyond.

Oh, and no more half-wits knocking on my door, trying to sell their spiritual snake oil.
