Most people automatically assume the guilt of ANYONE charged with ANY crime. And it's not a "claim" that most rapes go unreported. It's a fucking fact. Men are even LESS likely to report rape than women are, and the reasons for both sexes not to report it are totally obvious. What this has to do with your first point- having it both ways- is completely unclear. If you want people not to think you're a misogynist, stop spouting crap like this.
