Also, I'm going to cal you out on the second point this point, & not merely for arguments sake. Strict term limits should be set on abortion. I believe a baby gains rights when it develops enough to be a thinking organism. This happens before birth. If a woman is too irresponsible to use contraception or get an abortion before the child develops than that is her own problem.
Of course women should be able to abort embryos & other early stage babies. But thinks like partial-birth abortions are just despicable.
